Nordson Corp. (NDSN) announced that its board of directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.15 per common share from $0.125, an increase of 20 percent. The dividend is payable on September 11, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 28, 2012.
