Former Korn drummer, David Silveria, who was arrested in March and charged with DUI in Huntington Beach, California, entered a not-guilty plea earlier this week, according to TMZ.

Silveria was arrested at 10:45 AM on a Sunday after rear-ending another driver. He claims that he was not drinking, but that he had taken a sleeping pill the night before, the effects of which had not quite worn off.

He maintained his innocence to TMZ, saying that officers at the scene did not detect any alcohol in his system (he says he blew a 0.0 on the breathalyzer), only arresting him after he mentioned the sleeping pill.

Silveria called it an "honest mistake" and has decided to fight the charges. A pre-trial date has been set for September.
