After-market Movers For Aug. 15 (CSCO, NTAP, PETM, CCRT, NTES, A, AMAT)

Shares of Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) gained more than 5% in after hours trading after the world's largest computer networking gear maker reported forecast-beating fourth quarter results and said it has increased its quarterly dividend for the first quarter of fiscal 2013 by 75% to $0.14 per share.

NetApp Inc. (NTAP) shares rose more than 4% in extended hours trading after the data management software maker reported first quarter earnings above analysts' expectations and gave an upbeat outlook for the second quarter.

PetSmart, Inc. (PETM) shares climbed more than 5% in late trading after the pet supplies retailer reported second quarter profit above analysts' expectations and raised its full year earnings outlook.

Shares of CompuCredit Holdings Corp. (CCRT) jumped more than 62% in after hours trading after the financial services firm said that it has commenced a cash tender offer for up to 8.25 million shares of its outstanding common stock at a purchase price of $10.00 per share.

NetEase Inc. (NTES) shares slumped more than 8% in extended hours trading after the Chinese Internet company reported second quarter earnings and revenues that fell short of market expectations.

Shares of Agilent Technologies Inc. (A) slipped more than 7% in late trading after the scientific instruments maker's third quarter results came in below Street expectations and the company forecast fourth quarter revenue and earnings below analysts' current consensus estimates.

Applied Materials Inc. (AMAT) shares fell more than 3% in after hours trading after the semiconductor equipment maker gave a weak outlook for the fourth quarter.
