E-House (China) Holdings Limited (EJ: Quote) reported that its second quarter net loss attributable to shareholders was $7.8 million, or $0.07 loss per ADS, compared to net loss of $6.7 million, or $0.08 loss per ADS, for the same quarter of 2011.
Second quarter non-GAAP net income attributable to shareholders was $6.8 million, or $0.06 per ADS, up from $2.3 million, or $0.03 per ADS, for the same quarter of 2011.
Second quarter total revenues were $114.1 million, an increase of 25% from $91.6 million for the same quarter of 2011.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.02 per share on revenues of $101.62 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
The company maintained its previous revenue estimate range of $490 million to $510 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012, which would represent an increase of 22% to 27% from $401.6 million in 2011. Analysts expect the company to report revenues of $486.79 million for fiscal 2012.
