Sheryl Crow has secured a three-year restraining order from a man who threatened to shoot her, along with film executive Harvey Weinstein. The order was directed at Philip Gordon Sparks, 45, who has agreed to stay away from the Grammy winner and Weinstein. In court, Sparks repeatedly said that he believes Crow and Weinstein stole money from him amounting to $7.5 million.
Psychiatrist Dr. David Glaser testified during the hearing and told the court that "Mr. Sparks is unambiguously delusional."
Crow already had a temporary restraining order against Sparks after an incident occurred in July when the stalker told a union worker he was going to shoot her and Weinstein.
The singer-songwriter's two children, aged 5 and 2, are also covered by the order.
Neither Crow nor Weinstein attended the hearing.
