JDS Uniphase Corp. (JDSU, JDU.TO) said Friday that it has completed the acquisition of GenComm, a provider of wireless test and measurement solutions based in Seoul, South Korea.
JDS Uniphase had announced its intent to acquire GenComm on August 14.
GenComm's solutions were previously distributed by JDS Uniphase under an OEM relationship and are used by tier one service providers, wireless network manufacturers and contractors around the world to quickly provision wireless services that help them create new revenue streams and improve wireless service for millions of users worldwide.
