Women's apparel and accessories designer Bebe Stores, Inc. (BEBE) said Friday that its President Emilia Fabricant has resigned from the company for personal reasons, effective August 17.
Fabricant's duties will be absorbed by Manny Mashouf, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and Renee Bell, Executive Vice President, Merchandising.
Mashouf will continue to assume leadership of the company.
