Brady Reveals Sale Of Medical Die-Cut Business In Mesquite, Texas

Brady Corp. (BRC: Quote), a provider of identification solutions, said Friday it has sold all assets of Brady Precision Converting LLC, a subsidiary of Brady Corp. doing business as Brady Medical in Mesquite, Texas. According to the company, all assets of Brady Medical are being purchased by Strukmyer LLC. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Brady Medical specializes in manufacturing and converting die-cut products for the medical and diagnostic industry. The business employs about 90 people.

The Swiss National Bank on Thursday said it will retain the currency ceiling at CHF 1.2 per euro as risks to the economy from external developments remains high. The target range for the three-month Libor was also left unchanged at 0.0-0.25 percent. The decision was in line with economists' forecast.
