Martina McBride has been announced as the headliner for "Hymns, Hams & Jams," a benefit concert for the Franklin-based Shalom Foundation and its medical programs in Guatemala.
McBride will be joined by legendary songwriter Bob DiPiero. The event also includes dinner and an auction, featuring such items as tickets to the 2012 World Series, Garth Brooks and Sugarland autographed guitars, a private bus party, concert tickets, backstage VIP experiences and more.
Proceeds from the 3rd Annual Hymns Hams & Jams will directly support the Shalom Foundation's medical program. This is led by doctors and nurses from the Nashville area, including Dr. George Adams, Dr. George Fiaz and Dr. Shannon Hershey.
The Hymns, Hams & Jams concert will take place at 6:30 p.m. on August 21 at the Loveless Barn at 8400 Tennessee Highway 100 in Nashville.
