Joey Kovar, the reality star, who appeared on "Real World: Hollywood" and Celebrity Rehab 3, was found dead in Chicago on August 17. Thus far no cause of death has been released and no signs of foul play have been overturned thus far.
Police and paramedics from the Chicago Ridge area responded to a call from an apartment building on South Sayre Avenue just after 9:00 am on Friday when Kovar was found dead. According to a report from contactmusic.com, the hard-partying 29-year-old had been clean and sober for several months before his death.
Police are currently awaiting a toxicology report, but Joey's bother David Kovar recently denied rumors that he died of a drug overdose saying:
"That is not what anyone is suspecting, my brother was doing very well," adding, "Everything was going very well. The very, very last thing that our family is suspecting is drugs."
