ConAgra Foods Inc. (CAG) has completed acquisition of the Bertolli and P.F. Chang's Home Menu frozen meals businesses from Unilever plc (UL,ULVR.L,UN).
The company, on July 30, had announced the acquisition of Bertolli and P.F. Chang's brand for $267 million, to improve its North American frozen meals business.
The acquisition includes the frozen meals businesses, a license for use of the Bertolli brand name and the transfer of Unilever's existing license with P.F. Chang's for use of the P.F. Chang's Home Menu brand name.
