BAE Systems Gets US Army Contract Worth $11.4 Mln

Defence and security firm BAE Systems PLC (BA.L) Monday said it received a contract from US Army to provide 3,602 Gunner Protective Kits and 799 Gunner Shield Kits for M1151 and M1114 military vehicles, worth $11.4 million.

The first delivery of the kits is expected in November 2012. Work for this contract will be performed at BAE Systems' facility in Fairfield, Ohio.
