CSP Inc. (CSPI) said Monday that its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Alexander Lupinetti passed away at the age of 67.
Lupinetti had served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of CSP Inc. since October 1996. He had also been a Director of the company since October 1996, and had served as Chairman since January 1998.
Victor Dellovo, the president of CSP's Modcomp subsidiary, has been appointed as the Interim President and CEO of the company by the Board of Directors. The Board has not yet appointed a successor Chairman.
