Ultra Clean Holdings Cuts Q3 Revenue Outlook, Shares Down 7.5%

Ultra Clean Holdings Inc. (UCTT: Quote) Tuesday lowered its revenue outlook for the third quarter. Following the announcement, the company's shares fell 7.5 percent in the after-market hours.

Revenues are currently forecast in the range of $96 million to $101 million, down from the previous guidance range of $107 million to $112 million.

Earnings were earlier forecast in the range of $0.10 to $0.14 per share.

Analysts, based on consensus, currently expect the company to earn $0.12 per share on revenues of $109.90 million. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Ultra Clean closed Tuesday's trade at $6.70, down 0.30%. Shares fell 7.46% to $6.70 in the after-market extended trade, on the Nasdaq.
