Career Education Corp. (CECO) shares slipped more than 8% in after hours trading after the for-profit education company said its chief financial officer Michael Graham has resigned to accept a position at another company. The company said Graham will be replaced by Colleen O' Sullivan, previously the company's chief accounting officer.
Shares of Dell Inc. (DELL) fell more than 4% in extended hours trading after the PC maker's second quarter revenue trailed analysts' estimate and the company gave a downbeat revenue forecast for the third quarter. The company also lowered its full year earnings outlook.
Intuit Inc. (INTU) shares declined more than 1% in late trading after the tax-preparation software maker reported lower-than-expected fourth quarter results and forecast first quarter revenue below analysts' current consensus estimate.
