The Charles Schwab Corp. (SCHW) announced the pricing terms of its offer to certain eligible holders of its outstanding 4.950% senior notes due 2014 to exchange the Old Notes for new senior notes due 2022 and cash.
Charles Schwab also announced that it will pay interest on the New Notes at a rate per annum equal to 3.225%, as calculated in accordance with the confidential offering memorandum.
The Total Exchange Price includes an Early Participation Payment of $30 per $1,000 principal amount of Old Notes, the company stated.
