Preferred Bank (PFBC) said Wednesday that it has promoted Wellington Chen to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer.
Chen has been serving as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since June 2011.
Before joining Preferred Bank, Chen was Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Banking for East-West Bank in California.
Preferred Bank shares last traded at $11.91, down 33 cents or 2.70%, on the Nasdaq
