Hain Daniels Group, a subsidiary of Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (HAIN) Wednesday announced an agreement to acquire Premier Foods plc's portfolio of market-leading packaged grocery brands.
The brands include Hartley's, Sun-Pat, Gale's Robertson's, and Frank Cooper's. Hain Daniels Group will also acquire Premier's Histon manufacturing base in Cambridgeshire, UK. The purchase is expected to close by the end of October.
