China Nuokang Bio-Pharmaceutical Q2 Profit Down - Quick Facts

China Nuokang Bio-Pharmaceutical Inc. (NKBP: Quote) reported that its second-quarter net income was RMB10.5 million or $1.7 million, down from RMB14.1 million in the prior year period. Net income was RMB0.56 or $0.09 per ADS, compared to RMB0.72 per ADS last year.

Non-GAAP adjusted net income, excluding foreign exchange gains and losses, ESOP-related charges and the ASC 740 adjustment, were RMB11.3 million or $1.8 million, compared to RMB15.7 million in the prior year period.

Revenue for the second quarter of 2012 was RMB72.9 million or $11.5 million, compared to RMB79.5 million in the second quarter of 2011.
