O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. (OTOW) said Friday that it has increased its share structure from 1.5 billion to 8 billion shares inorder to raise the capital sought after to complete the projects in Palm Coast Florida, and the Dominican Republic.
The company said it is now prepared to move forward with the building of what it expects will be the chief venues of revenue both in the Domestic and Abroad.
O2 Secure had recently announced that the Depository Trust Company, has removed the limited "chill" status from its stock, and is now allowing O2 Secure Wireless, Inc.'s stock to resume being deposited with the DTC to enable normal electronic trading of the shares.
