Producer prices in Swedish industrial sector declined in July, data from Statistics Sweden showed Monday.
The overall producer price index fell 1.1 percent year-on-year in July. Prices declined at the same pace between June and July. In the manufacturing sector, PPI fell 0. 3 percent annually and 0.8 percent on a monthly basis.
The price index for home sales dropped 0.9 percent compared to the same period last year. Prices were 0.7 percent lower than in June.
The export price index fell 1.5 percent on an annual as well as monthly basis in July. The import price index fell 2.9 percent from July 2011 and was down 1.5 percent on a month-on-month basis.
