Randy Travis' pickup truck was found rolled over and abandoned behind a Walmart near Dallas, however, Travis' attorney says the truck has not been driven by Randy in some time:
"He hasn't been in that truck or seen that truck in about three months." The truck was on its side with a dented roof and shattered windshield. No charges have been filed.
It is the third incident in the month of August that Randy Travis has been associated with.
The truck was discovered a day after Travis was cited for assault outside a church in nearby Plano, according to TMZ. Earlier in the month (August 7), Travis was arrested for DWI after crashing his car. Police arrested a naked Travis who subsequently threatened to kill them.
