Insurer Life Partners Holdings, Inc.(LPHI) Monday named Scott Dubs as its new chief financial officer. Dubs replaces Dave Martin who had served as the company's CFO since 2008.
Dubs brings thirty six years of financial experience to Life Partners, which include twelve years as an auditor with Price Waterhouse Coopers and over two decades as vice president and CFO of both public and private companies.
Prior to joining Life Partners, Dubs served as interim CFO for the North American region of Acision Inc.
Shares of Life Partners Holdings closed at $1.99, up 10 cents or 5.29%, on the Nasdaq. In after hours trading the stock gained 1 cent or 0.5% to close at $2.00.
