UK-based construction company Galliford Try plc. (GFRD.L), on Thursday said its Building business won two construction contracts for GBP 41 million.
The first contract, awarded by its by Grainger plc, worth 23 million pounds, will see the construction of a four-storied building with 65 homes, 32 of which are affordable, at Macaulay road in central London, while the other valued at 18 million pounds, involves the refurbishment of the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham, the company said in a statement.
Wednesday, the stock closed at 661.50 pence on the London Stock Exchange.
