The man who allegedly snuck in to Miley Cyrus's house has been ordered to stay away from her. The alleged burglar's name is Jason Luis Rivera.

Rivera has pleaded "not guilty" to trespassing and resisting arrest. Bail has been set by a judge in the amount of $100,000 and Rivera remains in custody.

Rivera has been ordered by the judge to stay 500 yards away from Cyrus, and he also can't be on the block that she lives on.

Authorities think that Rivera jumped over the fence that surrounds Cyrus's home in L.A. They also said that Rivera was carrying a pair of scissors when they apprehended him.
