Jarden Corp. (JAH: Quote) announced this morning that it priced $450 million in aggregate principal amount of Senior Subordinated Convertible Notes due 2018 in a private offering.
Jarden has been rising since the open of trade Thursday and is now up 1.03 at $53.90 on above average volume. The stock has climbed to its fourth consecutive new high for the year.
