CounterPath Corp. (CPAH: Quote, CCV.TO) reported that its first-quarter net income was $0.9 million or $0.02 per share, compared to a net loss of $0.9 million or a loss of $0.03 per share for the first quarter of fiscal 2012.
Non-GAAP net income was $0.5 million or $0.01 per share compared to a non-GAAP net loss of $0.5 million or a loss of $0.02 per share for the first quarter of fiscal 2012.
Total revenue for the quarter rose to $4.39 million from $2.76 million in the prior year quarter.
