Rihanna has confirmed the release of her seventh album this November, according to a report from Billboard. Fans can expect the first single from the yet-to-be-titled LP on September 17.
The French division of Def Jam tweeted the news, which was subsequently picked up by Idolator. Def Jam later removed the tweet but by that time news had already spread.
DJ Ben Galouye of French radio station NRJ, added to the speculation on Twitter:
"@Rihanna will premiere a new single on monday (morning in the US). First track of her forthcoming album, due for release in late november."
The new album is the follow-up to Talk That Talk, which so far has sold three million copies the world over. Riri's North American Diamonds tour begins March 8 at Buffalo, New York's First Niagara Center.
