Genesee & Wyoming Inc. (GWR) is up 1 percent to $65.55. The company announced that it priced its previously announced offering of 3.50 million shares of Class A Common Stock at $64.75 per share, including 233,996 shares being offered by a selling stockholder. The Company also priced its offering of 2 million of 5.00% tangible equity units.
Randgold Resources Ltd. (GOLD) is rising 4 percent to $119.

Werner Enterprises Inc. (WERN) is falling 13 percent to $20.60 as the company forecast its third quarter earnings per share below analysts' expectation. The company said its earnings are being affecting by several factors including rising fuel prices and higher operating expenses.
