UK September House Price Balance -0.6% On Month - Rightmove

The average asking price for a house in the United Kingdom was down 0.6 percent on month in September, property tracking website Rightmove said on Monday, coming in at 234,858 pounds.

That follows the 2.4 percent fall in August and the 1.7 percent contraction in July.

On a yearly basis, prices were up 0.7 percent after adding 2.0 percent in the previous month.

By region, prices were up 4.3 percent on month in East Anglia and 0.3 percent in London. Prices were down 2.3 percent in the North, 2.0 percent in the North West and 1.3 percent in the South West.
