TMZ has reported that Amanda Bynes' car has been impounded on Sunday September 16, after she was spotted driving again on a suspended license in Burbank, California.
"I can confirm that Amanda Bynes was cited at approximately 8:20 a.m. Sunday for driving with a suspended license," Victor Gill of the Burbank Airport Police tells People.com. "Her car was impounded and she received a misdemeanor citation. She was not arrested. I believe she was by herself. This occurred on Hollywood Way, just south of the main entrance to the Bob Hope Airport."
Bynes had already lost her license after a drunk driving charge, and two counts of hit-and-run.
