Northrop Grumman Corp. (NOC: Quote) announced after the bell Wednesday that its board of directors has authorized an increase in the company's outstanding share repurchase authorization to $2 billion of common stock. The stock is now up 1.34 on 14K shares.
Northrop Grumman traded in a range for the majority of Wednesday's session and closed up by 0.01 at $66.90. The stock finished near the lower end of a one-month range.
