Vakrangee Softwares Ltd. said its wholly-owned subsidiary Vakrangee Finserve Ltd. or VFL, had bagged Financial Inclusion Project from the Bank of Baroda. The bank has selected the company as the Common Banking Correspondent (CBC) for 30 banks operating in the States of Rajasthan and Delhi.
The expected value of the project is Rs.1,258 crore for a period of five years with presence in at least 5950 locations. The period can be extended by another two years with mutual consent.
At the BSE, Vakrangee Softwares closed Thursday's trading at Rs.46.10, up 0.22 percent from the previous close.
