Cindy Lee Garcia, a California area actress, who starred in the controversy-stirring film, "Innocence of Muslims," has sued the film's producer along with YouTube and Google, claiming fraud, slander and emotional distress.

Garcia claims that she was tricked by Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the man who made the film, saying that the script she saw had no reference to the prophet Mohammad, religion or sex. According to the suit, Garcia thought she was starring in an ancient Egyptian adventure film called "Desert Warriors."

"This lawsuit is not an attack on the First Amendment nor on the right of Americans to say what they think, but does request that the offending content be removed from the Internet," the complaint states.

YouTube has refused requests to remove the film, and Nakoula has gone into hiding.
