Valentino Garavani has dished the details on the dress Anne Hathaway will wear in her upcoming wedding to Adam Shulman. The 80-year-old fashion designer sat down with E! News to talk about Anne, noting that he "did the dress" himself.
"She's a very good friend of mine," Valentino said. "She's like my daughter!"
"She's sensational. She's fantastic," he added. "She's a girl that . . . She deserves what she has in this life. [That] means, she's already a great star. But she's going to be a great, great, great, great thousand times great star. She has all the qualities."
In December, when Hathaway and Shulman announced their engagement, Valentino hinted that he might be responsible for the dress:
"I am so happy for Anne," he told People. "And I would do my best creation for her."
