ACI Worldwide Announces Agreement With IBM To Repurchase Outstanding Warrants

ACI Worldwide, Inc. (ACIW: Quote) announced it has entered into an agreement to repurchase warrants from IBM to purchase 1.4 million shares of ACI common stock or $27.50 exercise price and 1.1 million shares of ACI common stock or $33.00 exercise price.

This repurchase is conducted pursuant to ACI's previously announced $113 million share repurchase program, the company said.

ACI stated that the warrants that are being repurchased were originally issued on December 16, 2007 in connection with the formation of the companies' strategic alliance.
