Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (APL: Quote) Monday announced offering of $300 million of Senior Notes due 2020 in a private placement. The offering is subject to market conditions.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay a portion of its outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility.
