Response Biomedical Announces Share Consolidation - Quick Facts

Response Biomedical Corp. (RBM.TO: Quote, RPBIF.PK) announced the completion of the consolidation of issued and outstanding common shares of the Company on the basis of every twenty Common Shares being consolidated into one Common Share.

The company said it expects the post-Consolidation Common Shares to begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the OTC Bulletin Board in the United States on or about September 26, 2012.
