Earnings Watch For September 25 (JBL, CCL, FDS)

Jabil Circuit Inc. (JBL) is expected to post results for the fourth quarter. The company is expected to earn $0.58 per share on revenues of $4.22 billion. In the year-ago quarter, the contract electronics company reported earnings of $0.62 per share on revenues of $4.28 billion. The shares closed Monday at $21.37. Cruise operator Carnival Corp. (CCL) is due to post third-quarter results. The company is expected to record earnings of $1.44 per share versus $1.69 per share last year, with revenues estimated at $4.68 billion. Shares of CCL closed Monday's trade at $37.00. (The stock up about 8% in Q3; MA(50)- $34.65; MA(100)- $33.71; 52-wk H/L $38.14/$28.52)

FactSet Research Systems Inc. (FDS) is scheduled to report fourth-quarter results. The financial data provider is expected to post earnings of $1.06 per share, higher than the year-ago quarter's $0.88 per share. Also, the company is anticipated to generate revenues of $207.03 million compared to $191.94 million in the prior-year quarter. The company's shares closed Monday's session at $102.80. (The stock declined nearly 6% in Q4; MA(50)- $94.79; MA(100)- $97.22; 52-wk H/L $109.20/$85.38)

Copart, Inc. (CPRT) and Vail Resorts Inc. (MTN) will also report their results today.
