At Least Three Killed In Shooting Incident At Ukraine Supermarket: Reports

At least three people have been killed in a shooting incident at a supermarket in Ukraine's capital city of Kiev, media reports citing local police officials said Wednesday.

All casualties in the incident at the Karavan supermarket were security guards. The gunman reportedly opened fire on the security guards after they questioned him on suspicion of stealing a computer memory stick.

While three security guards were killed in the shooting, another was seriously injured. Officials said the gunman, who is yet to be identified, fled the supermarket after opening fire on the security guards.

Authorities in Kiev have launched a massive manhunt for the shooter. Police have released a CCTV image of the suspect, and offered a cash award of 100,000 hryvna ($12,300) for information leading to his arrest.
