Former Alaska Governor and Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin has confirmed that she is working on a new health and fitness book. Palin broke the news in an official statement on Tuesday and says that the new book explains how she and her family eat what they want and also stay in shape.
"Our family is writing a book on fitness and self-discipline focusing on where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort foods! We promise you what we do works and allows a fulfilling quality of life and sustenance anyone can enjoy," she said in the statement.
Thus far there is no word of a release date for the book or if she has inked a deal with a publisher. Palin, 48, has made headlines for her recent weight loss after images of her looking frail hit the web.
