Earnings Watch For October 15 (C, GCI, WDFC, WYNN)

Financial services giant Citigroup, Inc. (C: Quote) is due to report results for the third quarter. The company is expected to earn $0.96 per share on revenues of $18.35 billion. In the year-ago quarter, the company reported earnings of $1.23 per share on revenues of $20.83 billion. The shares closed Friday at $34.75. (The stock down about 25% in Q3; MA(50)- $31.66; MA(100)- $29.22; 52-wk H/L $38.40/$23.30)

Gannett Co., Inc. (GCI: Quote) is scheduled to post third-quarter results. Quarterly earnings and revenue are expected to be $0.53 per share and $1.29 billion respectively. Last year, the media holding company earned $0.44 per share on revenues of $1.27 billion. Shares of GCI closed Friday's trade at $17.90. (The stock dropped almost 2% in Q3; MA(50)- $16.58; MA(100)- $15.16; 52-wk H/L $19.99/$9.82)

WD-40 Co. (WDFC: Quote) is slated to report fourth-quarter results. The company is expected to post earnings of $0.70 per share, higher than $0.61 per share reported a year earlier. Further, the San Diego, California-based company is anticipated to generate revenues of $93.73 million compared to $90.74 million in the prior-year quarter. The company's shares closed Friday's session at $51.73. (The stock gained nearly 11% in Q4; MA(50)- $50.88; MA(100)- $49.58; 52-wk H/L $54.42/$37.86)

Wynn Resorts Ltd. (WYNN: Quote) will report third-quarter results today. Earnings for the quarter are expected to grow to $1.33 per share from $1.05 per share reported a year ago, with revenues estimated at $1.31 billion. The stock closed Friday at $113.81. (The stock down about 17% in Q3; MA(50)- $107.61; MA(100)- $103.70; 52-wk H/L $142.20/$90.11)

BJ's Restaurants, Inc. (BJRI: Quote) and Travelzoo Inc. (TZOO: Quote) are also expected to report their results today.
