Supply chain software company Manhattan Associates, Inc. (MANH) lifted EPS expectations, and tightened revenue guidance for the full-year, above Street estimates.

The company now expects earnings of $2.49 to $2.54 per share (prior expectations - $2.37 to $2.47) or adjusted earnings of $2.75 to $2.80 per share (prior expectations $2.65 to $2.75 per share). Consensus $2.70.

Manhattan Associates now sees revenues of $370 million to $375 million (prior expectation - $365 million to $375 million) Consensus $369.78 million.

Flow measurement solutions company Badger Meter Inc. (BMI) beat EPS and revenue estimates for the third quarter.

•Q3 Net earnings rose to $8.86 million or $0.62 per share from year-ago $6.88 million or $0.46/share. Consensus $0.47.

Q3 sales rose 25% to $87.1 million from $69.7 million last year. Consensus $80.02 million.

Wood furniture maker Flex steel Industries, Inc. (FLXS) posted higher profit and revenue for the third quarter.

Q3 net income rose to $2.87 million or $0.40/share from year-ago $2.38 million or $0.34/share

Q3 sales rose to $91.2 million from $81.5 million last year

Residential net sales rose 16% to $72.3 million from $62.5 million last year, while Commercial net sales remained unchanged at $19.0 million .

The company expects moderate top line growth to continue through the end of calendar year 2012. Residential growth, as well as current trend for commercial products are expected to continue for the rest of the calendar year.

Equipment rental company United Rentals, Inc. (URI) reaffirmed full-year pro-forma revenue expectations between $4.6 billion and $4.7 billion. Consensus $4.19 billion. Year-ago pro-forma revenue was $4.13 billion.
