Shaw Communications Inc. (SJR, SJR_B.TO) reported a rise in fourth-quarter net income attributable to common shareholders to C$125 million, or C$0.28 per share, from C$77 million, or C$0.18 per share a year before.
On the other hand, quarterly net income from continuing operations totaled C$133 million or C$0.28 per share, lower than C$167 million or C$0.37 per share for the same period prior year.
Consolidated revenue for the three-month period of C$1.21 billion was up 2.5% from C$1.18 billion last year.
