GameStop Corp. (GME) reported third quarter adjusted EPS of $0.38 Thursday morning, which topped the consensus estimate of $0.33. The company expects to report fourth quarter EPS of $2.07 to $2.27 and between $3.10 and $3.30 for the full year. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $2.16 and $3.14.
GameStop climbed until mid-morning Thursday, but settled into a range for the remainder of the session. The stock closed up by 1.02 at $24.50 on the highest volume in 3 months. GameStop climbed above over a 1-month range and set a 7 1/2 month high.
