IPC The Hospitalist Co., Inc. (IPCM) Friday announced it has acquired GLT Medical Services, Ltd. (GLT). The acquisition will enable IPC to expand its presence in the northwest Ohio market.
"With GLT's providers working in concert with IPC's acute care hospitalists in the region, we will be able to deliver a more comprehensive and better-coordinated care experience for our patients." , said Jeffrey Taylor, President and COO of IPC.
