Hollysys Automation Technologies Ltd.'s (HOLI) Singaporean Subsidiary Wins US$5.59 Mln Contract

Hollysys said its subsidiary Concord Corp. Pte. Ltd. signed a contract with SMRT Trains Ltd. in Singapore to provide design, electrification and installation service for North-South and East-West lines or NSEWL stations renovation. The contract is valued at about US$5.59 mln, the project will be completed within eight months.

This contract is for the renovation of NSEWL stations, and there will be another portion regarding the depots reconstruction valued about US$3.45 mln.

Supernus Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SUPN) Receives 3-Yrs of Market Exclusivity for Oxtellar XR

Supernus said it received confirmation from the Food and Drug Administration that Oxtellar XR has been granted three years of market exclusivity.

Supernus received approval from the FDA on October 19, 2012 for Oxtellar XR, a novel once-daily extended release antiepileptic drug indicated for adjunctive therapy in the treatment of partial seizures in adults and in children 6 to 17 years of age.

In addition, Oxtellar XR is currently protected by two issued U.S. patents that expire no earlier than 2027.

- Q4 net income was $185 mln or $0.51/Shr versus $97 mln or $0.26/Shr last year.

- Q4 adj. EPS was $0.55. Consensus - $0.44/Shr.

- Q4 sales were $8.37 bln versus $8.40 bln last year. Consensus - $8.49 bln.
