Tootsie Roll Industries (TR: Quote) gapped open higher Monday and climbed in early trade, before settling into a range. The stock took out the highs of the day late in the afternoon and finished up by 1.42 at $28.60.
Tootsie Roll Industries rose past the upper end of a 2 1/2 month trading range Monday and closed at a new 52-week high.
