SerVision Plc (SEV.L), a developer and manufacturer of digital security systems, has reached a Frame Agreement for the supply of Goods and/or Services with Deutsche Telekom AG (DTEGY.PK). SerVision has been added to Telekom's partner program. Initially, SerVision's solutions would be used by Telekom for homeland security projects within the transport and logistics industry in Germany and would be offered to Telekom's business partners.
The products being supplied for use in Telekom's projects comprise different model video gateways, including SerVision's flagship line of mobile recorders/transmitters that offer real-time video monitoring solutions from vehicles and remotely located sites. Also, SerVision would supply its new enterprise-level Video Management Software, SVControlCenter, for use by either Telekom or its affiliates.
The full package solution offered by SerVision and Telekom would consist of M2M data plans for each of the SerVision gateways supplied, and a range of other hardware and services including modems, cameras, monitoring services, installation, maintenance and support. The companies are in the process of finalising a business plan for the German market.
