Equifax Inc. (EFX) Tuesday priced a registered public debt offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.30 percent senior notes due December 15, 2022.
The notes are being offered at a price of approximately 99.848 percent of par to yield 3.318 percent to maturity.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to fund a portion of its previously announced and pending acquisition of certain credit services assets from CSC Credit Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corp.
The offering is expected to close on December 17, subject to customary closing conditions.
